Communications
When communicating with us, RRP, TRRP, Red River Property, The Red River Properties, Trrp.info, and Theredriverproperties.com are all aliases and they all refer to the same Company and they are all interchangeable.
Applications
Whenever possible, applications should be filled out and submitted online. Special arrangements will be made for prospective tenants that do not have access to a computer. All applications will be submitted along with an application fee.
Rent Due Date
Unless otherwise stated, rents are due on the first of each month and is considered late after the 5th of each month at which time a late fee will be added to the rent.
Tenants
All adult tenants living on the property must fill out and sign there section on the application.
LandLord
The landlord may terminate the rental agreement if the tenant does not comply with all policies and procedures
Money Orders
Money orders made payable to Red River Properties can be Dropped off at the Office of HWC Systems, 605
South Sherman St, Suite 705 L, Richardson, TX 75081 or they can be mailed to The Red River Properties P.O. Box 835742, Richardson TX 75083
Money Orders not received by the landlord after been mailed four days will be considered lost or stolen and will be reported to the tenant as such. The Tenant must reach out to the issuing agency immediately and report it.
Renters Insurance
Tenants will purchase renters insurance to protect their personal property and the interest of TRRP. A tenant can use our insurance partner or they can use their own insurance provider.
