As our tenant, we want you to enjoy your new home with the least interference as possible. Nevertheless, we do perform a monthly preventive maintenance service and sometimes we will have emergencies. Please treat your home with respect and report all emergency promptly. 

 As part of our premium service, an independent electricity associate will set up an appointment with you through our office. They will review your electricity bill if you have one , for possible savings.  

We partnered with some of the best insurance companies in town. The goal is to ensure that all tenants have renters insurance and any other coverage they want at a reasonable price that they can afford.

On June 9, 2019, the Dallas City Council adopted an ordinance amending the regulations related to brush and bulky trash collection. Please read this ordinance because it could cost you $60. per violation.
